What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The way it uses color-coded boards and its easy-to-understand layouts makes it a perfect fit for a creative field
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to see the whole project laid out visually, move things around on the fly, and instantly update timelines is like having a living blueprint of your project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing that’s a bit annoying about Monday.com is that while it’s visually fantastic, it can sometimes lack depth
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The beauty of Monday.com lies in its simplicity, so don’t try to overcomplicate it.

Monday is super easy to use and learn
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Collaborating with teammates, sharing documents/links/etc. Tracking bandwidth across the team based on projects
What do you dislike most about this product?
we were told that a value add of Monday was that even if folks didn't have a license, we could share project milestones with them. This turned out not to be the case which was very disappointing. :( They can get email updates, but not actually view the progress of their project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Identify your workflows and use cases ahead of time to best standardize across your team.
