What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monday uses an intuitive drag and drop interface and offers a high level of customization. I can seamlessly manage assignments, tasks, dates, durations, time frames, and even provide a customizable Gantt chart for tracking. Simplified communication: Messages are embedded in projects and allow you to attach documents, images, videos, GIFs, and @mentions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Without a doubt, Monday is feature-rich with a sleek interface, but it's not really easy to set up. Like other highly customizable and configurable tools, it can get a bit overwhelming, especially if you're just getting started with remote project management.

Open AI architecture that supports unlimited integration and customization. Endless reporting capabilities. Ability to add outsiders to your team.

Webinars whereby monday.com hosts webinars every day of the traditional workweek. These events begin at different times; some in the evening, some in the morning, to accommodate international audiences. The very effective and knowledgeable customer support. The sign-up process for monday.com is more involved than others I have experienced. In addition to the username, email, password, you also enter your industry, team size, intended use cases, and several other indicators.

User-friendly interface that anyone new to the software can get used to. It also empowers you to easily configure and customize all options to create a brand-specific platform, it tracks all the changes you implement including fully dismissed actions, re-positioned agents, and modified statuses and dates. What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to track time and expenses, it can be challenging to track time against each task and the cost for all the related tasks for a particular client. Also, it does not have a Gantt chart nor does it plans to have one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A software worth a try since it has a lot to offer and it competes well with the rest of the software in its category in terms of features.
