I don't have many or any complaints although using this after ClickUp I found not everything to be 1 to 1; particularly around task likst exports

When using Monday.com, I recommend taking advantage of its visual, customizable dashboards to create a bird's-eye view of your project's progress. Additionally, I recommend setting clear goals and deadlines, and communicating regularly with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page.

In addition, Monday.com software can create a content repository for swift access to relevant knowledge resources requisite to create sales proposals. If you don’t have any idea about web development so we can find it difficult to customize.

Monday.com has all packed features with the great integration and it also provides the great customer support for our business. We can also get the benefit from the marketing communication which always us to connects from our office. It has the great ability to see prospect engage far past the standard email tracking tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main drawback about this tool is that Monday.com is not responsible to keep track at all new features because customers cannot easily understand about its functionality. Monday.com features are very difficult to shares real-time mobile and email alerts every time proposals are viewed or forwarded. The main drawback about this software is that the setup and customization process of Monday.com is not very simple because of its difficult functions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Monday.com is a perfect platform for multiple businesses because it can help us to create online presentations, design proposals, manage contracts and analyze contract performance. Monday.com is best for team management because I can easily manage my team and business also it has great reporting functionality to customize the customers in a very effective way. I would like to use this software for marketing automation for different marketing campaigns for different team members and I really liked because it is very helpful and amazing software.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

In addition to the essential project/task management functions, a chat space (data management is possible) is provided for each item. The user interface is easy to use, like an SNS so it can be used as a communication tool. SaaS own functions, points and functions that contributed to the problem. It was good to be able to confirm if it's OK to assign additional items, such as if it's busy or free. You can share articles and tasks by adding guest users. There are also various purposes and types of external collaboration destinations, such as GitHub, Zendesk, FacebookAds, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, and Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think it is a product that should be considered, especially in departments that exchange communication between offices and within teams using Excel management, spreadsheets and other cloud services. Automation and external linking feature (linking from Standard or higher, automation from Pro plan or higher). Phase management, including text communication/data management in new/existing sales. It can be used as a CRM well enough on a small scale.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think if you release some of the external linking and automation functions, even from the basic ones, the market share will increase. The various parts are comprehensive and applicable, and if you understand and agree with the usage and reason to set the price, it is a beautiful platform that you don't have to worry about the price

Suitable for problem-solving, specific effects and project plan management. Even in industries that have difficulty managing time and understanding projects, Gantt charts provide a visual way to track each task. It's nice to be able to invite guest users like Kintone, and there are plenty of external linking functions, so you don't miss anything.
