What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

He is a great organizer, he has a very didactic funnel system and this makes it easier for us to understand the creation of each step of a project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that it saves the information very well, it is very safe to work with and when there are updates it is not tedious, it means that you can update without much complexity, its task reminder notification system is what we love the most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far we don't dislike anything, we believe that the program has a very good control system so it is not necessary to speak badly about any aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you try it, you could get to have a great experience in advancing your products.

The visual project boards, Gantt charts, and timelines make it easy to track tasks and monitor progress at a glance. What I also appreciate is the platform’s real-time tracking feature, ensuring everyone stays on the same page. Its user-friendly interface makes onboarding seamless, while its collaboration tools promote efficient teamwork. What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I don’t like about Monday.com is the cost, especially for smaller teams or businesses, as the premium features are locked behind higher-tier plans. Some of the advanced features can feel overwhelming for beginners, and the limited reporting options in the basic plan make it harder to gain insights. Customizing workflows also comes with a learning curve, which could be a challenge for new users. Additionally, the mobile app could be more refined, and at times, customer support is slow to respond when issues arise

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone thinking about using Monday.com, it’s awesome for teams needing visual tracking tools and customizable workflows. However, the pricing can be steep once you need more advanced features. I’d recommend starting with the free version to get a feel for it. Be prepared for some setup time though, especially if you're not familiar with project management software.
