I love the task management feature, as it's very easy to use straightforward with a great user experience. I have used many other tools but Monday.com performs the very best in every single aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's flawless, except for the newsfeed and notification being sent which are irrelevant to us.

For any business, this tool is a must-have as it has everything you need to manage your leads, your tasks, assign tasks to one another, work as a team, manage resources and finances. This is one of the best tools I have ever used and my boss loves it too who is not much into technology but he prefers Monday over others.

It makes the job extremely easy and has helped us move forward in the organization. There are many features in this great software; the drag and drop feature is the best.

Once Monday.com is set up, it is straightforward to keep track of clients and projects. I can link dashboards and different elements to track the same customer.

It can be a bit overwhelming when creating very complex project dashboards.

Monday.com allows you to assign several members to the same work item, similar to Zepel, and contrary to Asana.

Capable of tracking projects and progress. It enables far more efficient and fruitful work with projects. Monday.com is upsided because you can easily route and complete tasks to users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like automation to be easier to use and not automatically charged because it impedes our ability to be 100% productive. However, without using their automation, we still find ways of automating.
