What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is our go-to for managing our sales funnel, customer relationships, and projects. From the time a lead is entered until a customer is fully onboarded, the whole sales process is monitored on a series of interconnected boards. In addition, we have made use of boards to monitor the demands of our customers and the development of the projects we are now engaged in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily monitor your team's progress on a project with only a few boards and dashboards, making this tool ideal for project management. Workload analysis and a built-in kanban board are only two of its handy features. It's not great for data validation and has restricted formula cell capabilities, making it difficult to utilize for a comprehensive customer relationship management system implementation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have the necessary validation features to ensure that all required fields are filled out before a user may modify a status, for example. Only with the user's permission at the beginning of the login process will the robot's automatic operations be included.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool is used to monitor and manage the time and efforts of office administrators. The tool's slowness and the inaccuracy of the exported spreadsheets are the main reasons I won't be using it. The software is highly functional and user-friendly, meeting the needs of the industry in terms of report generation and other requirements.

Monday organizes our daily tasks efficiently

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Super adaptable design. You won't have to alter your processes to accommodate the app; rather, the software will adapt to how you operate, simplifying your life in ways you never imagined imaginable. That's fantastic! Being able to simply drag and drop objects to reorganize them, as well as clone and synchronize jobs to execute on a different board, is very cool. It's so simple, yet so effective. No steep learning curve was necessary for us to become proficient with the interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To keep things moving forward, I perform the routine duties that my customers have assigned to me every day. Moreover, I often juggle many major tasks at once. I am not a project manager by any stretch of the imagination, and I work alone, with the exception of a virtual assistant who helps me stay on track and organized and is beginning to take over some of the day-to-day work. Prior to using monday.com, I consistently fell behind schedule and neglected a wide variety of duties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I could have afforded to hire a member of the Monday.com team to walk me through the setup process. I believe it would be great if such service could be offered for a cost. The time we would have saved not having to figure things out on our own or watch as many tutorials would have been well spent. I am aware that there are freelancing monday.com consultants available, but I did not want to bother with interviewing them. If I had known better, I would have relied on the word of a real Monday.com employee.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're having issues staying on top of things and finding that you're occasionally forgetting important deadlines or appointments, monday.com is the answer. Plus, unlike many other project management applications, it won't take you longer to use because to its various automations. That's right; it'll end up saving you time.

Monday makes team communication easy

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Our teams uses it to monitor and control projects both inside and between other divisions. Because it integrates with so many other services, we were able to quickly and simply incorporate it into our workflow. We also use it to handle the work of external contractors across our various teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to launch and integrate new members into the team. The layout of monday.com is one of its strongest points. Due to its seamless interaction with other tools we often employ, we found it to be quite intuitive. When first getting started with monday.com, the pre-made templates are a great resource. However, once you've gotten the hang of the site, you may create your own templates to meet your specific needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It won't take you long to find out how to exploit it to your advantage. The sheer breadth of its capabilities is initially intimidating. But you can easily educate yourself thanks to the abundance of resources available online (both videos and written pieces).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a superb customer relationship management tool and an excellent place for teams to work together. You may use it to manage projects and keep track of who is responsible for what on a team. I have found that it works just as well with a small team as it does with a large one.
