What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com allows us to treat our marketing as a project, rather just a series of individual tasks. So, it's a place where people can work together to manage their sales leads, prospects, and pipelines. With Monday.com, we can monitor the marketing workflow from start to finish, delegate tasks, and keep in constant contact with our sales team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My team's productivity has increased since we started using Monday.com since it streamlines our project management processes. My entire crew has found it extremely user-friendly. We have depended on its enormous knowledge-base to help us solve any problems that have arisen while utilizing it. We've taken use of the adaptability of the Monday.com dashboard, another feature we really like, to make sure that the information we care about most about each project is readily available at a glance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The code or automations are simple to implement, but the infinite number of possible implementations might make it difficult to convey if you have a concept and are looking for a means to automate it. Having "experts" available for inquiries and supplementary training from which platform users may benefit greatly would be a fantastic addition to Monday's platform. Having knowledgeable support staff on hand to resolve issues and instruct new users would do wonders for user satisfaction and loyalty.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is a fantastic solution for managing projects. Because of its adaptability, it's simple to build up boards for monitoring tasks, files, customer feedback, and internal discussions. The lack of performance tracking tools and reportable KPIs is one area where it falls short. Your forums also don't appear to have a good method of conducting searches for certain pieces of information. I also think there's something missing from the mobile app.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com's adaptability, user-friendly UI, and abundance of accessible integrations won me over from competing products. With its timeline views, configurable automation, and support for big file uploads, monday.com stands out from the competition and is ideal for our video production needs. We were also reassured by the abundance of favorable feedback from our peers in the business world.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoyed Monday.com. It's a versatile project management application because we may customize our workflows. The software is user-friendly, so even non-technical coworkers may use it. Our staff can easily interact, collaborate, and share files. Automating repetitive tasks has increased our productivity. However, pricing and software training may be a concern for our organization. Poor reporting and time monitoring may hurt some initiatives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I was worried that the user interface wouldn't be customizable enough. The drag-and-drop user interface might be limiting and difficult to adapt to individual preferences. There's also the possibility that data entry will be arduous and time-consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is simple to implement and use, and it simplifies our IT infrastructure, thus I strongly suggest it. This streamlines the process and helps us to concentrate on our job rather than wasting time jumping between programs. In addition, we are able to make the platform work for us by tailoring it to our requirements and procedures.

Good project management tool

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
If refering to this tool as a project management tool, monday.com is a wonderful platform to do this as it has many functionalities and also capabilities for further customisation through various workflows that can be set to send team notifications straight to their inboxes. It aslo provides very nice project views in different styles, according to everyone's needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes team colaboration very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that one needs to set up all the structure of project management including building the boards, the automations, the rules, etc. It is very much a blank canvas where people need to know what they want to build in order to use it, otherwise its funtionalities can be easely wasted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a brilliant tool for team collaboration and project management but it is not a CRM as it lacks lead management functioanlity, sales management and marketing automations. It has the ability to connect with other platforms that do this but for most businesses this can get really messy.
