The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com came to help us sort out our workflows and make sure no important stages were overlooked. We were able to double productivity while while improving worker satisfaction thanks to our boards, which were made possible by the integration of forms and extensive automation options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With regards to customer relationship management, Monday.com is excellent. Throughout this review, I've also argued that it's useful for HR and admin work, but that's where it really shines: in customer relationship management. There are many scenarios in which Monday would not be helpful, and I could go into detail about them, but those scenarios are not monday.com's intended usage, and to assume otherwise would be unfair.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limiting Board Access: Monday.com recently implemented limited access to select boards, but I would love if this option expanded to allow team members to merely watch a board rather than modify it. This may be available for a higher membership, but we don't have it yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a simplified method for handling client relations. Client information may be saved and edited as needed, supporting papers can be uploaded, and information can be sorted in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs. CRM can be altered and personalized in numerous ways.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com uses AI to automate a majority of the workflows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It organizes client data really well. The feature allows you to store and update client information at any point. The seasonal stats (daily, weekly, monthly) enhance your experience further by showing you your progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bugs affect the current version more frequently causing recurrent systems downtimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is without a doubt a fantastic product to use in administrative tasks and will make your experience worth-while.
