If refering to this tool as a project management tool, monday.com is a wonderful platform to do this as it has many functionalities and also capabilities for further customisation through various workflows that can be set to send team notifications straight to their inboxes. It aslo provides very nice project views in different styles, according to everyone's needs.

It makes team colaboration very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that one needs to set up all the structure of project management including building the boards, the automations, the rules, etc. It is very much a blank canvas where people need to know what they want to build in order to use it, otherwise its funtionalities can be easely wasted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a brilliant tool for team collaboration and project management but it is not a CRM as it lacks lead management functioanlity, sales management and marketing automations. It has the ability to connect with other platforms that do this but for most businesses this can get really messy.

I appreciate how Monday.com streamlines the coworking experience. Using this method, I can more easily submit reports and keep track of the projects my coworkers are doing. Although I have used different project management software in the past, Monday.com is truly exceptional. This interface is gorgeous, simple, and designed with the user in mind.

Although the mobile app's notifications and updates are useful, it lacks a few key features that would allow team members to easily access specific boards and assignments from anywhere.

The weekly routine we establish on Mondays keeps us focused and on track. Projects' progress and outstanding tasks are both easily visible. By facilitating automated emails and interfaces with programs like Jira, it also helps save time.

I prefer having distinct boards for different clients/assignments since it helps to segregate duties and keep things organized. The alerts are also valuable in determining if anything directly affected me or not within our company.

There is nothing I dislike about the application because it assisted both me and the firm with the duties at hand. It also allows us to track progress and tells us when a new assignment is issued.
