The product is different with intuitiveness and client support. The experience with support made all the difference.

It’s adaptable and let me mentally create the workflow and build around it, rather than the platform dictating.

I’m having trouble naming something i dislikes...perhaps i should have scored it higher!

I particularly like the aesthetics and visual tracking.

The automations and integrations with other tools such as Slack.

It would be nice to be able to have a Slack integration tag an individual.
