What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com was truly the easiest project management tool I've ever used. Our team included graphic designers, web developers, social media managers, copywriters and more - and this kept us all on track.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's incredibly easy to learn. Whatever your background is, it will only take a short training session before your'e a total pro with all of its features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There wasn't anything I disliked about the product. It was great and continually improving.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it! Monday.com is user-friendly and makes working across different teams a breeze.

Initial confusion regarding setas, but efficient!

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Automation! As busy as life gets, more and more tasks are set up to be automated. This alleviates workload and helps move productivity along, without worrying if anything fell through the cracks. I have used several other platforms in the past, each with their own pros and cons. However, Monday seems to be the one I am sticking with for now. While it is definitely pricier than I would like, the features outweigh the cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workspaces! I can set up multiple workspaces and invite different members to each one. This allows me to separate work based on clients, which is perfect. I can assign team members a seat or simply make them viewers, which is excellent. I will say that the interface isn't exactly intuitive, however, the learning curve is luckily not that steep.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Seat allowance. When paying for seats, you only have the options they have preselected for you. I only have two assigned seats, yet I pay for three because that is where their plans start. The cost starts to add up if you try upgrading to one of their higher-tiered plans, regardless if you have a third member actually using the seat allocation. This is definitely best for larger teams, maybe not freelancers or single-employee businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say that based on the number of seats you are going to need, it may be best to look elsewhere. However, if you are going to be using 3 or more seats, then this product is incredibly efficient. There are multiple views and each team member can customize how their dashboard looks which is great for being able to prioritize assigned tasks and/or deadlines. There are apps for both your desktop and mobile, which is great for those who will be using this consistently. Browser access is great as well for those who only need this sporadically or possibly when using a different computer than the one they use daily.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
We have greatly expanded our company customer capacities because communication takes less time, we can manage more clients. Because customers can see everything that happens in their workplace, we seldom require an account manager. With email automation and the option to have candidate replies linked immediately to your item on our dashboard, our hiring process has become transparent and extremely straightforward. We're also in charge of business processes that were previously in someone's mind. Finally, I can state that it significantly enhances our project management, resulting in a huge improvement in productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how flexible the platform is when tracking multiple types of tasks such as operations, systems, expenses, and reports. The ability to effectively track business systems has greatly increased manager transparency and helped tasks complete in a timely manner. The ability to automate specific processes has helped us with everything from recruitment to sales. Use Monday to communicate with your project. I like seeing different projects, progress, schedules / deadlines, and design files for feedback all in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some constraints to automating some activities in the manner we desire. As a result, we had to either modify some of our processes or stop from adding a certain procedure to Monday.com. I'd want to see an even simpler user experience that is simple for customers to utilize. They occasionally have difficulty comprehending the program, and a tour is required to walk them around the new workplace we've made for them. Consider the form's simplicity in a workspace format with all of the capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company operates a system, this is one of the most flexible options for managing operations. Monday is a great time to manage your projects and clients. Planning / agenda planning, projects, progress, comments, and document files are all in one place. Clients can only see their daily progress and see the agenda when the deadline is met, requiring less control.
