The user interface is easy to use, like an SNS so it can be used as a communication tool. SaaS own functions, points and functions that contributed to the problem. I think it is a product that should be considered, especially in departments that exchange communication between offices and within teams using Excel management, spreadsheets and other cloud services. Automation and external linking feature (linking from Standard or higher, automation from Pro plan or higher). Phase management, including text communication/data management in new/existing sales. It can be used as a CRM well enough on a small scale.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think if you release some of the external linking and automation functions, even from the basic ones, the market share will increase. The various parts are comprehensive and applicable, and if you understand and agree with the usage and reason to set the price, it is a beautiful platform that you don't have to worry about the price

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suitable for problem-solving, specific effects and project plan management. Even in industries that have difficulty managing time and understanding projects, Gantt charts provide a visual way to track each task. It's nice to be able to invite guest users like Kintone, and there are plenty of external linking functions, so you don't miss anything.

I appreciate how Monday.com streamlines the coworking experience. Using this method, I can more easily submit reports and keep track of the projects my coworkers are doing. Although I have used different project management software in the past, Monday.com is truly exceptional. This interface is gorgeous, simple, and designed with the user in mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All around the company, from marketing to sales to project management, Monday has helped us get organized. The interface is straightforward and compatible with many other programs. The program is so feature-rich that I'm positive we're still missing some of its potential uses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the mobile app's notifications and updates are useful, it lacks a few key features that would allow team members to easily access specific boards and assignments from anywhere.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The weekly routine we establish on Mondays keeps us focused and on track. Projects' progress and outstanding tasks are both easily visible. By facilitating automated emails and interfaces with programs like Jira, it also helps save time.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

In our IT department, I utilize monday.com to keep track of a big number of tasks. A lot of them are tricky and unique. Because of this centralized repository, we are better able to facilitate our hybrid work approach.

Of course, there are drawbacks, but the advantages outweigh them. Of course there is nothing that would discourage you from using the service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Working together as a hybrid team. We have a staff of roughly 45 people, but we serve more than 15 Offices. This is a major win because we can now easily share and cooperate with both our internal team and our external stakeholders.
