What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The easy way to use it. You don't have to be a developer in order to use it and you can add rows, automate, report, and all in just 1 click.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that we have a lot of views for the same board: Graphic, Kanban, Gantt.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer Support in my opinion is not the best
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
its a great tool but you have to learn how to use it by yourself

It has a lot of cool features that help create a better process. It can be overwhelming at times if you don't know how to use them though and kinda tough learning them.

It's easy to follow and create flows for project

The training and implementation of it.

It has a lot of tools that will benefit your team if you learn to use them effectively but can get messy if you don't.

Monday.com allows for extensive customization of boards, views, automations and more through their visual interface without code. This level of flexibility is unmatched
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to completely customize boards, views, automations and other elements of how work is organized and tracked in monday.com, without relying on code or developers, is incredibly powerful. It means teams can truly model any business process or workflow in a visual way that makes the most intuitive sense for their specific needs
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connecting reporting to key metrics like budgets, deadlines, resources is challenging without custom objects or fields
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure compatibility. Check for integrations with any essential existing tools like CRM, help desk, etc
