What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com allows you to assign several members to the same work item, similar to Zepel, and contrary to Asana.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Capable of tracking projects and progress. It enables far more efficient and fruitful work with projects. Monday.com is upsided because you can easily route and complete tasks to users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like automation to be easier to use and not automatically charged because it impedes our ability to be 100% productive. However, without using their automation, we still find ways of automating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You are after a visually appealing, intuitive and fun to use project management software with decent task-management features, monday.com is suitable for you.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is a comprehensive Resource Management software that provides a wide range of capabilities including Customer Relationship Management and Project Management. The interface is flexibly designed, allowing you to easily organize your projects and customize your workflows. The key features of Monday.com's CRM include managing leads and sales pipelines, customer tracking, contract management, and acquiring new customers. The software's project management orientation allows teams to easily collaborate on leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com's best-known feature is that it turns to-do lists into a game, encouraging all team members to complete their tasks on time. Projects are broken down into smaller tasks that can be broken down into smaller subtasks. Each mission is color-coded, so each member's status and progress is pretty clear. Green means completed, red means stuck, etc. What keeps the team going is the urge to turn every block green.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The scrolling functionality in the Mac version can sometimes be problematic. Hyperlinks are not always moved when spreadsheets are imported into software. The software often lags when navigating the UI.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The CRM solution was originally introduced to enable sales teams to collaborate more easily on customer relationships and increase results. The tool also supports a number of integrations and automations.

monday.com is very powerful platform in managing customer relationship in an organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has the capability to secure customers data and store it for future reference. The user dashboard is easy to learn how it works and it has enabled our customers to interact with our services effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike from the performance of this great product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend this platform in any organization for effective data management and customer relations.
