What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

Automation! As busy as life gets, more and more tasks are set up to be automated. This alleviates workload and helps move productivity along, without worrying if anything fell through the cracks. I have used several other platforms in the past, each with their own pros and cons. However, Monday seems to be the one I am sticking with for now. While it is definitely pricier than I would like, the features outweigh the cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workspaces! I can set up multiple workspaces and invite different members to each one. This allows me to separate work based on clients, which is perfect. I can assign team members a seat or simply make them viewers, which is excellent. I will say that the interface isn't exactly intuitive, however, the learning curve is luckily not that steep.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Seat allowance. When paying for seats, you only have the options they have preselected for you. I only have two assigned seats, yet I pay for three because that is where their plans start. The cost starts to add up if you try upgrading to one of their higher-tiered plans, regardless if you have a third member actually using the seat allocation. This is definitely best for larger teams, maybe not freelancers or single-employee businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that based on the number of seats you are going to need, it may be best to look elsewhere. However, if you are going to be using 3 or more seats, then this product is incredibly efficient. There are multiple views and each team member can customize how their dashboard looks which is great for being able to prioritize assigned tasks and/or deadlines. There are apps for both your desktop and mobile, which is great for those who will be using this consistently. Browser access is great as well for those who only need this sporadically or possibly when using a different computer than the one they use daily.

Monday has been one of the best platforms used by our organization, it has helped us create perfect content using artificial intelligence technology, creating your ad texts with natural language, which can be easy to read for your customers.

This tool has been very helpful for our organization, it allows you to create better descriptions for your reports and projects, you can create better writing for your blog and social networks, which allows you to create marketing for your entire organization, with which you can increase your sales and attract better customers, it has exceptional search engines so you can integrate your text with keywords that help you increase traffic on your website.

Monday.com dashboard is amazing beside automated mails and various created templates , Ability to share tasks progress with another team members and the best thing is the ease of usage without no difficulties

It makes you control all the projects management however if you are not Project Manager in another way the simplicity of using the app makes you acting as professional in project managements beside Budgeting and time management also its considered as a very well CRM for managing the customers experience

sometimes while saving gives error and bugs in saving the data beside the automation process needs time to be created
