What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The sheer depth of the product. The sales team are willing to put together a very functional offering that fits your budget.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting and tracking of every aspect of our company's projects from employee performance to stock management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For some reason, our industry (construction) hasn't widely got much history with this product so some of our vendors are a little clueless in being able to provide us data in the form we would like it from products they currently use. So, I guess I'm saying the marketing team at Monday.com need to target our industry because so many companies could benefit greatly from it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If there is any need in terms of creating workflow processes and task management, this is the one product that handles it exactly how you want, in the depth you want and presents it how you want to see it.
