What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Super easy to set up, and you can keep things basic if you like, or get creative with your tracking. In this way, I know that my team and I are covering all the bases. Our company's record-keeping and responsibility are both enhanced by the software. The responses to inquiries and requests from the support service are prompt, and the help videos are excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rather of having to manually compose responses to each inquiry, I can just embed the questionnaire into a Notion page and have all of my team members fill it out and submit it to Monday.com for processing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps this is the cost that new businesses must pay. When you realize the potential of Monday.com and Notion. For a new business, it might be challenging to afford both Notion and monday.com. It may be really convenient to receive a discount for utilizing both applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Apply the status property to automate tasks like as responding to job applications, sending files to an email address, monitoring progress on a project, and notifying relevant parties. Monday.com now has slack integrations, so when an incident is created in a product, our members are alerted in the appropriate slack channel as well as on Monday.com.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Project management of various team tasks. It's simple to create a list of priorities and keep the entire team up to date on the status of specific tasks. We can communicate with external clients and share our project plans throughout the organization. Real-time updates and feedback aid in progress monitoring. I believe it has increased my productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to share tasks and project updates with internal and external clients to monitor projects in real time. Monday has been enhancing the capabilities by adding shareable documents and project status dashboards. The most useful thing for me is how easy it is to visualize the projects running on our team in a very customizable environment, making it easy to create indicators that best suit me and my projects. Each project has its sub-items and we can track the progress of all the items listed. I also like the reminders that are sent to members emails, so we can stay on top of due dates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don't understand about the progress bar is that even after completing all of the subtasks in a project, it doesn't always count as 100 percent complete, it has happened before. Another recent disadvantage is that other board members can accidentally add tasks to my team's board. Perhaps there is a way to track the edit history, but I haven't found it yet. The inability to add additional layers of the work breakdown structure prevents a project manager from achieving the levels of detail required to successfully manage a project. A template for software deployment would be a great addition as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's extremely useful for day-to-day work; I primarily use it to keep track of my projects and tasks, as well as to keep my team up to date on what I'm working on. It caters to our specific needs by being customizable and simple to use, which is also a plus when compared to other platforms I've used in the past. This is the best tool for sharing tasks and project updates in real time for high-level project plans. Monday is growing in popularity as a project management tool on a monthly basis.
