Monday makes team communication easy

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Our teams uses it to monitor and control projects both inside and between other divisions. Because it integrates with so many other services, we were able to quickly and simply incorporate it into our workflow. We also use it to handle the work of external contractors across our various teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to launch and integrate new members into the team. The layout of monday.com is one of its strongest points. Due to its seamless interaction with other tools we often employ, we found it to be quite intuitive. When first getting started with monday.com, the pre-made templates are a great resource. However, once you've gotten the hang of the site, you may create your own templates to meet your specific needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It won't take you long to find out how to exploit it to your advantage. The sheer breadth of its capabilities is initially intimidating. But you can easily educate yourself thanks to the abundance of resources available online (both videos and written pieces).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a superb customer relationship management tool and an excellent place for teams to work together. You may use it to manage projects and keep track of who is responsible for what on a team. I have found that it works just as well with a small team as it does with a large one.

The best project management tool

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
We are fixing difficulties with overlapping communications; for example, there were several requests from others for information that should have previously been available to everyone, so having it all in one place has been quite beneficial. We can maintain track of time-sensitive objects, particularly before events with many moving elements. It increases transparency and communication regarding what other people are doing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how simple it is for everyone in the business to use and customize. It is incredibly simple to use and makes team onboarding/configuration processes adaptable to any situation. In general, it is extremely simple to construct boards for any purpose. Being able to give other projects and personnel duties that must be done, as well as setting a deadline for completion. I also enjoy being able to see who is in charge of what duties. Email reminders are also quite useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like it when there are existing processes that I want to move to Monday but there are no choices. Duplicating procedures or efforts in two places is frequently the consequence, which may be annoying. I also wish there was a way to have recurring tasks populate automatically every week or month and then be checked off again. This would assist supervisors in keeping track of their workers' everyday responsibilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday is best suited for those that are task-oriented and want to have a checklist that they can check off as needed. I would also recommend Monday.com as a support tool for Google or Microsoft products that allow you to work on documents/sheets/slides with more information or specs.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It's automation. So far we're using it for two months but we are loving the platform. Set up is a bit tricky but once you get used to it, it will be easy and swift! They also have their own training videos that help everyone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The cute Alpaca. Kidding aside I like that if you check one workspace (aka client) you can see at first glance what happened and happening on each client.
What do you dislike most about this product?
None so far. However, there will always be room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our Marketing process was now easy, if you want to make your process easier use Monday.com
