The easiest and most efficient crm of all

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
We use this program in our organization to manage our projects in an orderly and efficient way. The whole team knows their activities, can see the progress of the project as well as individual tasks, and we can send notes of recommendations on tasks and support the rest of the team with ideas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that thanks to this software the team communication is more fluid, since we can assign a task and mention the person in charge of executing it, place additional notes and immediately receive an alert in your email and your mobile, notifying you. It also has a group and individual chat, which allows us to be always communicated with the whole team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only complaint about this software is that it is not as customizable as I would like, I wish the cells and formats could be modified and adapted to the different tasks and projects we need. I also wish there was an easier way to integrate the program with other applications and not go through the cumbersome process it currently has.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Undoubtedly our team is more integrated to the projects, knows the progress and assigned tasks, which makes us a more efficient team, delivering the work on time. It has been very useful and its interface is very friendly and intuitive, and its learning curve is almost null, so we adapted quickly to the program.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Incredibly helps teams manage their tasks and workflows. Coupled with an attractive interface and a high level of customization. You can invite external guests to join your meeting. With standard, you get the timeline, calendar and map views that are missing in the basic plan. This level includes advanced search, but no time tracking. For any of Monday.com's plans and for any number of people, you can choose to pay monthly, annually or for two years at a time, with deeper discounts for longer commitments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a modern interface and is fairly easy to use. You have to pay for an account. You'll have to look at the detailed pricing rubric to find out exactly how much, as prices are based on the number of people on the team, the level of service, and the length of the engagement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their pricing plans are a bit confusing, 14-day trial seems a bit short to me, Adobe product integration is limited to FinalCutPro and Illustrator I believe. It would be ideal for them to implement it across the suite, but I guess that's on the horizon. A bit complex for a new user, which everyone should understand for software with a broader and deeper service capability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
More like a collection of highly customized spreadsheets in which all members of a team record the tasks they need to complete and update them with status reports and other relevant information. In this way, each team member can see all active tasks and their progress, making it easy to pass work from one person to another or to jump quickly if someone is suddenly unavailable; it is very intuitive, the templates provide an excellent starting point for each user.

A great ally for team collaboration

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com came to help us sort out our workflows and make sure no important steps were being skipped. We were able to double productivity while while improving worker satisfaction thanks to our boards, which were made possible by the integration of forms and extensive automation options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is an excellent platform for customer relationship management. Through this review, I've also argued that it's useful for HR and admin work, but that its true value lies in its CRM features. I could list several scenarios in which Monday would be useless, but those scenarios do not reflect the intended usage of monday.com. In conclusion, I believe this to be an excellent customer relationship management system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In terms of functionality, problems and brief periods of system downtime are still rather common. If the columns on a connected board have already been established, you may run into problems, as I did when trying to switch to a two-way connection. Still, not all features can be used in conjunction with mirrored columns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The success of monday.com has had far-reaching implications for our company. Very rarely does Monday.com feel limiting, and even less often does it feel annoying; as software goes, that's really impressive. I'd like to point out that monday.com could do a better job of informing its users of planned system outages.
