What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is its API. While this is a feature not typically used by everyday users, it has been a huge benefit for linking Monday to existing databases and other services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the webhook management could be improved to better manage all the different webhooks you can create on a board. Better naming and clarification over what the webhook is and what it is doing and what URL it is connected to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend testing out the product and how it can handle your projects and then look to integrate it with other products or services as it handles cross-data really well.

Using Monday.com we have managed to manage and create new channels of tools that have allowed us to optimize our processes in a very solid and effective way, through its functions we can adapt it quite easily to the business processes that we carry, thanks to this software now we save much more time and our operations are much more effective than before using it as a main tool.

Monday.com is a highly adaptable platform which allows us to modify the tool at will, facilitating its use and coupling with our operations by handling the same standards. Statistical functions that provide us with important data at all times. It is a very easy to use tool, quite intuitive which does not make us call customer support a lot since we can solve it ourselves.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is very simple to use there are situations in which we would like to have a more elaborate user manual in order to know more thoroughly all the features of the platform. The mobile application still has much to improve the user experience in it is not usually as usable as it is through a computer. It would be important to make an adjustment in the coupling with Outlook since sometimes integrating them can be difficult.

The platform usually works well with a little time to understand how it works and is highly usable to carry out the vast majority of our operations, thus saving time and generating more money.

Monday.com could be classified as a work management tool, but it really goes much further, it is used in our small business to keep better control of the planned tasks and evaluate their follow-up according to the requirements they have, in short, it has different spreadsheets that can be easily customized, in addition, it keeps the progress online giving space for other workers to intervene in the tasks.

It provides an incredible facility for communication between work teams that manage the same objectives, thus promoting the development of tasks. The statistical organization that it has provides a lot of security since we can obtain the data of our progress in real time, this helps a lot for the constant evaluation of the performance. Monday.com is an extremely easy to use tool, with a very intuitive interface that adapts very easily to each employee of our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not so easy to embed videos in the charts which can be useful to provide information to other employees about the tasks being performed. It would be quite useful to have more variety in the organization of ideas or to be able to change their visual order. After uploading a file it is not possible to edit its name or to see the date it was uploaded, which can cause clutter when it comes to finding the data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In our experience it was very easy to configure and use, and in a short time with the help of technical support we were able to develop it throughout the company, increasing our efficiency in each of the processes and tasks that were carried out in it, even employees consider it part of their day to day in the company.
