What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday fuels collaboration and provides live tracking of leads and prospects. It has a helpful tagging feature to alert teammates of any updates or tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the visuals of Monday and the charts it organizes prospects and contacts into.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to integrate and sync contacts. You are also unable to track leads' responses to emails.- you must manually note this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Research your email marketing tools and make sure Monday.com connects properly, so you don't have to sync contacts or make notes twice.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
In addition to the essential project/task management functions, a chat space (data management is possible) is provided for each item. The user interface is easy to use, like an SNS so it can be used as a communication tool. SaaS own functions, points and functions that contributed to the problem. It was good to be able to confirm if it's OK to assign additional items, such as if it's busy or free. You can share articles and tasks by adding guest users. There are also various purposes and types of external collaboration destinations, such as GitHub, Zendesk, FacebookAds, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, and Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think it is a product that should be considered, especially in departments that exchange communication between offices and within teams using Excel management, spreadsheets and other cloud services. Automation and external linking feature (linking from Standard or higher, automation from Pro plan or higher). Phase management, including text communication/data management in new/existing sales. It can be used as a CRM well enough on a small scale.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think if you release some of the external linking and automation functions, even from the basic ones, the market share will increase. The various parts are comprehensive and applicable, and if you understand and agree with the usage and reason to set the price, it is a beautiful platform that you don't have to worry about the price
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Suitable for problem-solving, specific effects and project plan management. Even in industries that have difficulty managing time and understanding projects, Gantt charts provide a visual way to track each task. It's nice to be able to invite guest users like Kintone, and there are plenty of external linking functions, so you don't miss anything.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
In our IT department, I utilize monday.com to keep track of a big number of tasks. A lot of them are tricky and unique. Because of this centralized repository, we are better able to facilitate our hybrid work approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real-time updates, audience-specific mirroring, and easy customization all contribute to a smooth experience while using these boards. In addition, I have contacted customer service several times, and each time they have been quick to respond and really helpful. To guarantee your satisfaction, they'll do whatever it takes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Of course, there are drawbacks, but the advantages outweigh them. Of course there is nothing that would discourage you from using the service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working together as a hybrid team. We have a staff of roughly 45 people, but we serve more than 15 Offices. This is a major win because we can now easily share and cooperate with both our internal team and our external stakeholders.
