My favourite aspect of this product is its API. While this is a feature not typically used by everyday users, it has been a huge benefit for linking Monday to existing databases and other services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the webhook management could be improved to better manage all the different webhooks you can create on a board. Better naming and clarification over what the webhook is and what it is doing and what URL it is connected to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend testing out the product and how it can handle your projects and then look to integrate it with other products or services as it handles cross-data really well.

For us programmers, this has been an excellent tool for keeping track of all the requests for help from different departments. Significant stakeholders can fill out forms and add them to our queue, where we will prioritize and assign them. This is easily seen as a tracking form as well. Extremely useful and easy to use. A reliable project management and teamwork tool are Monday.com. It works well for both solitary and collective use.

For team members, the automated table also simplifies life. Using tools like CRM, product management, event management, and to-do lists are feasible. The procedure of creating a task or project is straightforward. Because it incorporates many third-party applications, Monday.com has its app store. - It's convenient to be able to make a table and select the fields I wish to utilize to record my progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However diverse the integrations were, several of our essential presumptions still needed to be met. There are frequent workarounds available, and comparing Excel's capability is alluring. The dashboard and widget controls should be more precise. Monday.com has a limited range of available settings for the IT services, IT product development, marketing, and advertising sectors.
