Being able to divide customers with dashboards helps keep all work coherent, and pulses are important for ensuring time isn't wasted getting the correct individuals to see reports/jobs and not becoming too distracted by other established duties.

It is simple to operate, and the screen is pleasing to the eyes. It also helps me keep track of my chores, and you can simply go back using the search box and filter options. I prefer having distinct boards for different clients/assignments since it helps to segregate duties and keep things organized. The alerts are also valuable in determining if anything directly affected me or not within our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about the application because it assisted both me and the firm with the duties at hand. It also allows us to track progress and tells us when a new assignment is issued.

I would strongly suggest Monday.com to others, particularly when utilized for work organizing and shared with other colleagues or clients. Everything is organized there, regardless of how you intend to use it or what it is for. You have the freedom to select the template for managing your tasks. In our scenario, we identify a job and who will do it. Then we provide the essential directions to complete the work in the comments box.

Options for customization are limited. Almost everything will be formatted if you export a monday.com spreadsheet to Excel that has formulas applied to it.

We hoped it would be all in terms of resiliency, data security, and teamwork facilitation, so we're glad we went with it.
