Also, the tool has analytic reporting, which makes it easy for me to create a shareable report that I can share with other marketing team to find how we can market our products and from which channel

When data grows much more, the software becomes too slow to load, especially when connected to a poor internet connection, something they should look into and apply a fix to. Also, the UI needs a lot of improvement since more modules are stacked together, which makes navigation more difficult than it would.
