Powerful software to manage projects.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
We wanted a cloud-based system that would allow us all to collaborate and optimize our workflow in order to maximize efficiency in managing our many projects. Our fundamental issue was that our various teams were functioning in silos. We were able to readily see what everyone was working on and their project timeframes by bringing everyone together on Monday.com.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since we began utilizing Monday.com for our broadcast production teams, it has been a game changer for us. Having the entire team linked and on the same page provides us with a terrific picture of our projects and schedules. The ability to communicate our colleagues directly from the app has also considerably decreased the number of emails exchanged. I enjoy the conversations we can have on the topics at hand. We can all work together to manage projects so that all team members can view the progress in real time and everyone has access to up-to-date information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some users were first dissatisfied with the UI but quickly adapted, especially after seeing the benefits of using the app. The most recent upgrade, however, enhanced the UI and made it more user-friendly for new users. Some automations are tough to track since they deliver a high volume of emails to your mailbox, monday.com customization flexibility can make me feel a little constrained at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is my favorite daily work tool and it is one of the greatest project management systems available. Because it is web-based, it is simple to use and the more team members who utilize it the better.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The stunning and great visuals of the tools and satisfying great tools help us in smooth management of our projects and so there is no need for any sort of any kind of spreadsheet and manual tracking. The best part about Monday.com is that it helps us to integrate our tasks into our calendar and we can easily keep a record of our projects and progress. They help us to meet the deadlines easily through their efficient project management tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Monday.com is that they have the easiest-to-use features. They have fantastic UI and UX features that make our projects and progress quite effective and enjoyable. They provide us best experience with their features and make everything easy for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Monday.com has a confusing setup of the full suite which sometimes makes things complex and difficult to handle. There must be advanced requirement features and call for the experts. There should be different boards so that integration could be made easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is recommended as an excellent project management tool that works extremely well and integrates well.

Managing multiple projects has never been so easy

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Working on too many projects at once made it difficult for us to prioritize and keep track of them, but Monday.com's boards and groups allowed us to prioritize, organize, and document activities more efficiently, allowing us to finish more work in less time than before. There won't be any more lost tickets, and the team can see even the ones that are briefly halted thanks to alerts. Personal boards help me better manage my time and obligations without interfering with crucial information that has to be shared and keep me linked so that information is always current.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how user-friendly and well-designed Monday.com is, there are also elements like bars and colors that are helpful to many individuals who are visual thinkers like me since they provide a lot of options and modifications. The capabilities for the timeline, workload, and time monitoring are fantastic. I appreciate that it provides a specific location where we can work together and keep track of tasks, deadlines, and updates as required.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to how extensive each capacity is, understanding it can occasionally be difficult. According to me, the instrument benefits certain businesses but is overpriced for others. There could, in my opinion, be some other helpful column kinds. For instance, limiting input to to the values that users can submit for a custom column. With the progress column, they provide a similar function, but I would want something that is more apparent and adjustable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com It has helped us better arrange our life to be more productive and has made project management less frightening. The level of control and user-experience-based features will probably make the shift less of a burden and more of a relief, so try using Monday.com on your own at first and gradually introducing it to your team.
