What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com came to help us sort out our workflows and make sure no important steps were being skipped. We were able to double productivity while while improving worker satisfaction thanks to our boards, which were made possible by the integration of forms and extensive automation options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is an excellent platform for customer relationship management. Through this review, I've also argued that it's useful for HR and admin work, but that its true value lies in its CRM features. I could list several scenarios in which Monday would be useless, but those scenarios do not reflect the intended usage of monday.com. In conclusion, I believe this to be an excellent customer relationship management system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In terms of functionality, problems and brief periods of system downtime are still rather common. If the columns on a connected board have already been established, you may run into problems, as I did when trying to switch to a two-way connection. Still, not all features can be used in conjunction with mirrored columns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The success of monday.com has had far-reaching implications for our company. Very rarely does Monday.com feel limiting, and even less often does it feel annoying; as software goes, that's really impressive. I'd like to point out that monday.com could do a better job of informing its users of planned system outages.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
More and more companies are recognizing the importance of project management to help them achieve long-term business objectives. Project management can go beyond delivering on time, on budget and within the scope of a temporary effort. Business leaders are realizing that by aligning project management with their business strategy, they can achieve organizational goals and desired performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Achieving these goals is made easier by the digital tools available called project management software. Web-based PM platforms such as Monday.com have enabled project teams to collaborate easily and deliver quality results more efficiently. They can perform tasks correctly and properly the first time because project management platforms have integrated communication systems. Each team member can have the right information they need when they need it to complete their tasks. In addition, some platforms allow external communication with guests, such as clients or contractors, to make collaboration easier and work according to requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficulty controlling time and expenses. Some users find it difficult to control the time of each task and the cost of all related tasks for a particular client. Also, does not have a Gantt chart or plan to have one. Limited mobile application. Some complain that the mobile app, particularly the native iPhone app, does not update well. The dashboards do not have an equivalent view in the mobile app, and users are unanimous that the mobile app should be much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a collaboration and project management software to help teams plan, manage and track work. It is a very visual app where users can add team members, assign tasks, create workflows and track progress from a central view. By using Monday, teams can stay on top of all their work, regardless of the size and complexity of their projects and tasks. They are able to organize work and projects that are relevant to their business. The software improves visibility into the work, allowing everyone involved to work closely together to overcome challenges and create a synergy that improves team performance.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It is a platform crafted for users to engineer the tools they need to perform all aspects of their work. The visual interface includes foundations such as applications and integrations, allowing teams to create or adapt their work solutions. Whether users need to improve, create a marketing campaign progress, conduct or create a project management tracker, monday.com aims to supply an appropriate space for teams to stay aligned and efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a splendid shelf of templates makes it very easy to see how other companies use Monday and hit designs that work best for their users. It offers several features and options to treasure and use the tool, but you have the option to use them as you see fit for your specific needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Should be priced more affordably for additional users without having to upgrade to the next package level. The user interface can become a hassle when you have a lot of consulting on the system. The media that falls at the bottom of the lead tracking list is simply forgotten, the biggest drain on the system is its overall failure of reporting functions. For example, I need to produce reports that I can send to clients, but there is no easy way to do that on monday.com.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday is a unique platform that is accessible, easy to learn and can provide a diversity of functions for your team. It is well suited for project management and multi-part project organization. I highly recommend Monday for its features, templates and customizable functions.
