Monday has a great UI/UX makes working with this tool a fun experience. In addition, the platform has stong integration and flow control modules that allow for easy integration with many internal and external tools.

I am most impressed with the no-code integration features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it seems very complete, there are many small issues that make working with Monday less than optimal. For example, sorting a list by clicking on the header does not change the sort of the list so you have to manually sort the items. Or, there is no easy way to bulk update different tasks. But I think the worst part was the pricing which makes this one of the more expensive tools in the ballpark.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very easy to use for simple cases and can be configured, with some effort, for more complex cases. There are several ready made templates so make sure to find the right ones for your use-cases.

It makes it simple for our staff to collaborate together and communicate when operating remotely during lockdowns and illness. Additionally, it is assisting us in better time management, and automation is assisting in time savings.

I object to a board's constraints. only allow things. If connections could be carried over when you clone a board, that would be excellent. Once you've been working with Monday for a time, it would be wonderful if a representative could offer a follow-up to aid with tips or strategies to increase productivity.

Additionally, posting a single update to linked or repeated things is not recommended if you need to edit several items on various boards at once, especially if there are attachments involved.
