What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com could be classified as a work management tool, but it really goes much further, it is used in our small business to keep better control of the planned tasks and evaluate their follow-up according to the requirements they have, in short, it has different spreadsheets that can be easily customized, in addition, it keeps the progress online giving space for other workers to intervene in the tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides an incredible facility for communication between work teams that manage the same objectives, thus promoting the development of tasks. The statistical organization that it has provides a lot of security since we can obtain the data of our progress in real time, this helps a lot for the constant evaluation of the performance. Monday.com is an extremely easy to use tool, with a very intuitive interface that adapts very easily to each employee of our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not so easy to embed videos in the charts which can be useful to provide information to other employees about the tasks being performed. It would be quite useful to have more variety in the organization of ideas or to be able to change their visual order. After uploading a file it is not possible to edit its name or to see the date it was uploaded, which can cause clutter when it comes to finding the data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In our experience it was very easy to configure and use, and in a short time with the help of technical support we were able to develop it throughout the company, increasing our efficiency in each of the processes and tasks that were carried out in it, even employees consider it part of their day to day in the company.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com allows me access multiple views to visualize team projects , based on my preferred viewing option. The ability to do this , ensures that my team can drill down into critical project details and better coordinate cross-functional tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The value provided to project management , by Monday's built-in time tracking capability. This capability, when combined with Monday.com's provision of multiple views, provides an accurate prediction of possible timelines for all aspects of our projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Task dependencies on Monday.com can only be setup using dates , this makes it a lot cumbersome working out the order of tasks through the Monday.com platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Time tracking , strong collaboration , wide use cases are some of the biggest selling points of Monday.com . To use or not use Monday.com will depend greatly on the goals of the team involved.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It’s simple to use and straightforward to manage for myself and the wider team. I can produce anything from an easy client ticket to making client project boards for multiple departments. There are plenty of great functions we use daily, as well as tracking, sub-item tasks, CRM, board sharing, project status, email notifications, and more. We can simply share data & tasks among the team members. It’s a good method for us to remain in the prime of what tasks are done, & what’s left to be completed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharing Monday boards with clients is our greatest strength as an agency. The clients are attentive to what we’re operating on, what’s coming, and what’s required from them to create our plans successfully. Our internal team can also collaborate and execute initiatives. We like to be able to transfer files and tag one another to remain in the prime of marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There aren’t several downsides to Monday. It’s typically tough to induce clients to log in and read our updates, however, that’s on the client, not on the product itself. I believe some clients simply don’t wish to log in to another platform once they’re probably already functioning on so many.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is a versatile software. It’s a program that looks sensible and does things for you automatically if you take the time to set up the automation. It’s fun to create boards and perform giant numbers of straightforward tasks while keeping better track of complicated tasks. This software system is as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.
