What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with other microsoft tools, making team collaboration and communication effortless and streamlined across the entire organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its interface can feels outdated compared to newer collaborative tools and navigation between groups and conversations is not always as intuitive as expected

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already using it. It is a natural choice for building stronger internal communities and boosting enagement across departments
