The solution is so scalable that it grows with the business where the pricing has been kept more affordable for any business size

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the varriety of templates in the software to use to customize team chats with brand colors and widgets and also the ability to create my own themes. The cost is another good thing that I have liked about the solution because it is too much affordable

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be so honest, I have not seen any issue with the software yet becaue it has met my expectations

Yes, I would recommend the software and it is so pricey and user friendly
