Versatility, integration, being part of vast Microsoft solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Possibility to make meetings outside our organization (which means does not need to use third-party providers ie Zoom)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, weird and bad decisions are made when implementing new features that take you a step back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to minimize the usage of various third-party software, then MS Teams is the way to go.

Teams integrates flawlessly with the entire Microsoft ecosystem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I ran an onboarding session last week and split new hires into teams for group exercises—it was smooth sailing, and the feedback was great

I’ve missed a couple of urgent chats because they got buried under less important team-wide updates

your notification settings; spend time tweaking them early on to avoid missing critical messages.
