The difference between Teams and other similar products is the availability of the app - it never disappoints you when you need it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Shifts - such a great tool to manage your team's shifts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screen sharing - could be drastically improved in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definetly give this product a shot - probably the best on the market.
