MS Teams includes everything - from instant messaging to employee townhalls and file sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and the fact everyone in my organisation uses it- Everyone is just a message away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it gets glitchy in big video conference meetings including hundreds of people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make the most out of it with its many apps and integration possibilities.
