Best for thread level mesaging Integrate with 3rd party integrations with JIRA Developing Bot is so easy Vide audio controls from Keyboard mouse is really awesome raising hand option is super cool

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration between MS Team and other Microsoft products is one of the biggest strenghts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team collaboration no doubt, also is extremely easy to follow up tasks and meeting using Outlook, finally I'd like to add that mobile version a must for everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing is one of the weakest points and is not very consistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product and works so much better by integrating the other MS 360 products.
