Microsoft Teams goes beyond chat, offering a central hub for all my team's communication, collaboration, and even document editing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calendar and call management, keeping my team's schedule and communication organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Untimely software updates disrupt workflows, introduce learning curves, and hinder productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams offers strong collaboration features, but consider your budget, system resources, and the potential need for higher bandwidth internet before committing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams has the Voice calling and Video calling feature, which most of the premium business communication platform doesn't have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calling feature and we can contact the other organization contacts also, if we have the proper business mail id. Thats one of my favorite features in Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When uploading the file, which is already uploaded in Teams, it will automatically rename the file. That the only thing I felt bad, we have to rename the file and reupload it. Actually, it's useful one, but most of the times it will get renamed for the same file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best communication application, which I have used. If someone looking for the business communication along with calling feature integrated this is the best option tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's very similar to Zoom but came with Microsoft Office 365 and did not require an additional product to purchase
