What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has a lot more features and easily integrates with Microsoft products as a whole

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can send links, documents, etc and open up other Microsoft apps. I also really like the notes feature when in meetings!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm confused/frustrated as to why it keeps switching between the new and old Teams. The new Teams also had a glitch where someone could have a message pop up even when they were sharing screen

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The thing that truly sets it apart for me is the file co-authoring. Being able to edit documents with colleagues in real-time, regardless of location, is an absolute game-changer for our fast-paced industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams' file co-authoring is an absolute beast in the sense that it allows us to collaborate on reports, proposals, and marketing materials with colleagues across different states in real-time. No more waiting for email attachments or version control nightmares

What do you dislike most about this product?

With so many channels and chats happening simultaneously, it can be easy to miss important messages. I'd love to see a more customizable notification system so I can prioritize the conversations that matter most.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're already heavily invested in the Office 365 ecosystem, then Teams is a no-brainer. Definitely take advantage of their free trial to see if the real-time file co-authoring is as powerful for you as it is for us
