MS Teams is a complete package, from unified chat to video conferencing and everyday meetings.

Video conferencing.

If they can allow to add customized backgrounds during the meetings, that would be really great.

Compared to Google Voice, Microsoft Teams is more flexible, collaborative, customizable, and offers good integration capabilities with other platforms for much more flexible and secure meetings for everyone.
