What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Can be used in any devices laptops , desktops or mobiles, easy to connect, mfa with respect to security, easy to use

Product support can be improved and now cost as teams license to be procured separately

i did not find any thing specific , it has advantage of being clubbed with microsoft's bundle offering,
