Features similar to the other platforms like Webex, or Google Meet , More customizable background accessibility while on camera access, then features like file sharing flexibility .

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Reduce the number of applications you need to work between by consolidating data, tasks, and communications in one location. Facilitate meeting rooms, live polls, and automatic transcriptions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using Microsoft Teams because it allows me to edit Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other documents in real time. OneDrive or SharePoint can be used for file storage and sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On low-speed networks, you can encounter poor call quality or latency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Integrating Microsoft Teams with Microsoft 365 is something I strongly advise since it promotes teamwork by enabling simultaneous document editing.
