Great product for a team who is very MS Office bas

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Great core integrations with other microsoft products, for us this was a game changer and means that our teams have quick access to the data they need when they need it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact its always being updated, always being improved and its a good "hub" for microsoft products

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional updates from Microsoft can be a little glitchy and cause issues but usually resolved quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speak with a MSP about voice plans. They have been a huge help as our site has limited 4g signal. Microsoft offer a few different calling plans with different prices but the entry level which is actually a great service is relatively cheep!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ease of use is the main one for me. How easy it is compared to other products like IM. How present the features and appearance are too. Other IM tools are dated and look ‘old’.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How you can search through files that have previously been sent in a chat. This has saved me on multiple occasions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That fact you don’t get notifications from other organisations that you are a part of. You have to sign into that ‘team’ to see any messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The integration with Sharepoint and outlook sell itself. The whole O365 ecosystem is the best out there and I would be surprised if anyone was to ask for a reason why to switch to it.
