What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is enormously customizable. It is integrated with other Microsoft apps. It has every feature from messaging, conferencing to file sharing which makes it all in one business package. It syncs with Microsoft as well as not Microsoft products you may need for your business. This feature saves your time and effort. The integration with calendar is quite useful for scheduling the meeting. You have voice cancellation option when you are working from home. You can also opt to screen-sharing, white board, dark mode, customizable background and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has all the features that a good tool should have. Integration with other tools makes Microsoft team more easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File management system is not intuitive. Screen-sharing is not perfect. It also causes problem when you give screen control to others. Team’s needs a lot of RAM to work and operate slow as compare to other tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended from small to larger business as it is really helpful to collaborate with many people. You can stay connected to your team anytime anywhere.

Inviting people to conversations using @. Any audios, videos, and screen sharing presented during a meeting can be recorded and viewed later

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accessing and sharing files within the tool's interface. Connecting with teammates in real-time. Supports integration with many third-party apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It will take some time to get well-versed with the functionality of Microsoft Teams. It's quite possible to create multiple teams with a similar name which is confusing.
