What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Features, so many features and integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI/UX is soothing to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to input admin credentials when UAC pops during screen sharing. Annoying. Similar products do this easily, there's almost no reason for this limitation, because a thousand and one solutions do this easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is hands down the best. Overall.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is very easy to use and navigate. It's very clean and I think it feels easier than something like Slack. It has more features than Zoom. I also use Teams as a phone, so I have a phone number to make direct calls, instead of needing to use my cell or a landline.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chat feature. I love that there's pictures, gifs, emojis, etc. with chat. As someone who works remotely, I enjoy the chance to connect with my teammates, without needing to jump on an actual call

What do you dislike most about this product?

Two features I wish Teams had: The ability to change your status to "at lunch" with a food icon. The ability to merge folders into other folders within a Team - I want to just click and drag a folder into another to combine them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the money for it, go for it!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

My team is able to communicate with each other more often thanks to Microsoft Teams, which has a low incidence of call dropouts. Because we don't waste time, this boosts productivity. In addition, the audio is clear. It's part of your Windows 10 operating system and may be configured to launch automatically when you start your computer. When you need to speak with your coworkers, it's convenient and beneficial.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams' connection is excellent, and there are little call dropouts. A whiteboard where ideas may be scribbled on can be used for audio and video conferences. I've utilized more than 200 individuals at a time, and there was no gap for conversation and no noise at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Planner has a stuttering issue. Yammer can be a little sluggish at times. Voice and video buffering might occur even when there are no internet choices available. Occasionally, the app will lag.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Microsoft teams, you can access Sharepoint files and exchange gifs, photos, and links as well as instantly call and video chat with colleagues. A huge number of individuals may participate at the same time in a video conference with this software for teams.
