What do you dislike most about this product?

If the software occasionally stalls while carrying out its tasks, you should restart it. As a result, data loss is occasionally possible. Documents open differently in the desktop and online versions of the app. The online edition, however, needs some functionalities. Using the offline mode is better than relying on an internet connection.
