What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
We overcame many of the platform's design limitations thanks to SharePoint and created a beautiful site with a simple user interface. SharePoint's ability to be developed in a fully responsive manner, allowing users to access it from any size browser window, was something we appreciated. Sharepoint, one of the best business solutions from Microsoft, enables users to share, evaluate, and manage tasks across the whole organization from any place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a cloud-based data-sharing platform that makes it easy to upload and download files while keeping security. - Sharepoint is highly customizable, safe, and allows us to share a single file or folder. Additionally, we can set a time restriction for downloading data; the link will immediately expire after the time limit has gone. It's easy to customize websites to make them distinctive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the software occasionally stalls while carrying out its tasks, you should restart it. As a result, data loss is occasionally possible. Documents open differently in the desktop and online versions of the app. The online edition, however, needs some functionalities. Using the offline mode is better than relying on an internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To make sure the website is scalable for the requirements of your business, it enables you to design key hubs for employees and put your creativity to the test. My colleagues and I can quickly share some enormous papers that cannot be delivered by email due to Sharepoint. Microsoft SharePoint is a popular platform for internal data sharing, and customers' and vendors' sharing options can be thought of as external sharing via cloud search.
