What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
It has many functions and synchronizes very well with other Microsoft services, it is an excellent collaboration tool. It has the ability to share very large files. You can add a number of people in a specific project. With permissions management you can control what others can see and do in a document. Give administration permissions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I consider Sharepoint a tool that offers a solid and efficient service, where I can safely manage sharing and storing content, it also allows me to edit documents online in real time; it saves me the work of downloading, editing and uploading again. The ability for multiple users to edit or share documents in real time is also great. I can lock a file once it is finished or make the file uneditable if a user is not logged in. It is a great advantage over other software that this tool integrates so well with the other Office programs. It also makes it more complete and collaborative to be connected to Outlook functions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Transferring files to third parties takes me some time. But in general I have no dislikes with Microsoft sharepoint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With this tool you can make a more controlled, collaborative and automated work of the documents. If you are looking to migrate your files and content to a more secure, solid and comprehensive space, SharePoint is a very good option.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft SharePoint provides a clear view about history of shared document and alerts when someone sees, deletes or edit any document in real time, which other tools don't have with such accuracy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with other Microsoft tools like outlook, word, calendar and OneDrive etc. is the my favorite and most important feature of Microsoft SharePoint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User interface is bit complicated in mobile devices as compared to laptop and web browser applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft SharePoint is well suited for the businesses and organizations whose documents and reports are largely shared across teams and managed collaboratively.
