What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?
The quality of responses has been gradually increasing and has been very good. The implementation is very easy and setting up on social media sites is very cool and simple. The new gen influencers would have taken it up as it's very important for content and product marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since instagram marketplace has been exponentially increasing this automation works very well there and has been a great part of my day to day work. The smooth integration with the application and the responses have been really good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I want more automations which might end up automating the entire sales pipeline, The chat features are still the first basic step.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the influencers and other social media marketing teams to give it a try as it's amazing, It would really help them in various ways.

If you're looking for an affordable and user-friendly way to automate customer conversations, streamline lead generation, and engage with clients where they spend most of their time (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), ManyChat is a fantastic choice.

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?
I am limited access to Manychat thus I have not used and explored all the feature to the fullest extent. I am happy with the work I have done so far. I have not used other similar product. So can't say the difference between them at this point.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automated Messaging is my best and favorite aspect of this product. This helps me to automated responses and to generate lead easy. Its easy to use for a new person.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am limited access to Manychat thus I have not used and explored all the feature to the fullest extent. So i dont have anything that I dislike at this stage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would 100% recommend ManyChat to other as its easy to use with good features like Automated Messaging - automated responses and supports Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS all platform. This are my best products.
