What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Being able to organize different email addresses for outreach is so helpful. Not only that but how you get to choose layouts for how you want your message sent. It can be a normal email, a newsletter, a flyer, etc. and it helps make a difference when it comes to marketing. It’s quick and easy!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helped in so many ways. The outreach was terrific. It was best used as a newsletter with links in it that sent you to different social media platforms to get people to visit the pages and help increase our social media engagement. This led to better analytics and even caused more people to be interested in events that clients have and set up through social media such as Facebook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like that Mailchimp doesn’t cover all social media platforms. It does have social media integration, but it’s limited. I also don’t really like the prices so much because the higher you go with the subscription, the pricier it gets (obviously), but it almost doesn’t seem friendly for small business owners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start off by sending yourself a few emails as test runs just to get the hang of it and figure out what works best for you.

With Mailchimp you are able not only able to send email marketing campaigns but also automate the journey of the contact from the minute he is added to your audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Mailchimp is that you can create several audiences with different segments and tags to be able to target each of them separately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I dislike and I can be mistaken but until now I didnt find a way to do it, is that I want to receive a notification email/sms for new contacts that are added but the option to do so in the automation page is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using Mailchimp for all your email marketing campaigns and also to automate the journey of a contact to retarget them from day 1 when they are added to the audience.
