What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp has customizable feature which is not availale in the similar produfts; Reporting tool is so good in Mailchimp.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Repoorting tools is my favorite aspect in Mailchimp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sales pipeline management & some CRM features are not available in Hubspot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a customizable feature along with lot of reporting aspect, then go for Mailchimp.

Limited but free version and the Audience management.

Contact Data base segmentation

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way they hide options to avoid being charged by updating your contact data base.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider if you really are going to send the quantity of emails they are selling you on each plan.
