What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
The ease of use, its integration with thousands of external platforms and its ability to manage databases such as CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How intuitive she is when creating strategies. It allows you to combine several aspects within email marketing to obtain the best results both in capturing leads and in subsequent campaigns and automations (flows).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the triggers do not respond the way we want, the logic is not respected and the flows lose strength. You can't go far outside of Klaviyo's logic and create outside the box.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First evaluate the health of your database since Klaviyo charges for active profiles and if you have many unengaged profiles you are going to pay too much for nothing. On the other hand, what is the main objective of your business. In this way you can understand if Klaviyo is the tool you need.
