What do you dislike most about this product?

The connection between SalesForce and the application is broken. The importance of this strategy cannot be overstated because it would be excellent to have access to clients and prospects without going through SalesForce since everything should be handled through HubSpot. No granular access controls exist, and the level of strictness is extremely high.

The best tool for organizing and carrying out your marketing campaigns. -Provides fantastic platform integration. It provides excellent UX/UI, and Hubspot Academy has free training. -Easy lead management and audience segmentation -Easy marketing automation workflows, landing pages, and email design - Those who aren't experts will find HubSpot incredibly user-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dealing with the HubSpot support staff was always a delight because they were there to address our questions. We valued their help to our company, which gave us the confidence to keep working with them. Due to HubSpot's assistance in getting the site up quickly, which Google requires of places, our site traffic rose. Additionally, Marketing Hub allowed our staff to rapidly and easily create forms that allowed our salespeople to contact clients by phone or email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could be constrained when your business is complex, or you have a large sales team. We provide you with an easy CRM solution. For a product of this kind, just one business offers mail assistance, which is a terrible offering. It is the process of manually entering data and fixing errors that people make when doing so. Scores can be inconsistent, and scaling to meet more sophisticated feeding plans is difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most important factor to keep in mind while talking about the platform is HubSpot's robust integration capabilities. Hubspot Marketing Hub, with its many useful features in an one location, is a good choice for companies of any size. The currently offered package provides excellent value for the money, but its set of included functions is very restricted. If your business expands and your marketing requirements become more complex, you may find that you need to switch to the premium plan. The professional package is a terrific way to take use of its smarts and automation features, which may help you save both time and money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A small team may accomplish the task of a much bigger one by using the professional product, which is a wonderful deal considering all of the features it offers. Always learning from customers' feedback, product development never stops. We've always been included in beta tests for new features, and our feedback has always been used to make the product better practically immediately. I really like it a lot!

What do you dislike most about this product?

One major drawback is that the capabilities available in the package for smaller organizations are more restricted. As soon as you realize you need access to more complex capabilities, you will upgrade from the affordable but limited starting plan to the more comprehensive but pricey professional package. For startups without the capital to immediately purchase the professional package, this might come as a rude awakening.

With so many options available on Hubspot's marketing platform, it might be challenging to make the most of the platform's many useful tools. Yet, in my opinion, you have nothing to lose by trying, especially because you may improve your business to its fullest potential at no additional cost. I think it would be a great assistance to small businesses if Hubspot included some of the premium capabilities in their free basic plan.
